Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The room had a beautiful classic Venetian design, especially the junior suite which was fabulous. It was the smallest room I had during my week-long trip to Italy, but the experience was still amazing. The service was top-notch, with excellent cleaning and very friendly and helpful staff who made our stay very pleasant. The location was perfect, calm and away from the crowd, with restaurants and a lovely bar just minutes away. The dining experience was good, although it could be more inspiring. Overall, the hotel offered great value for money and I would highly recommend it.
Stepping into the hotel felt like walking into one of Maria Antonieta's palace rooms due to the perfect climatization and stunning beauty. The location was ideal, near major attractions and set in a calm yet authentic area of Venice. However, an iron and a hot kettle for making tea or coffee would have been a nice addition.
The hotel is situated in a tranquil lane, offering a lovely and clean room with a spacious bathroom. The service was top-notch, with the staff being warm and accommodating. The location is excellent, away from the hustle and bustle, making it a perfect choice for a peaceful stay. The dining was adequate but could have been improved, especially for specific dietary requirements.
The hotel had beautiful rooms with a wonderful ambiance right above the en-suite. The rooms were big, super clean, and the staff was very kind. The service was friendly, talkative, and helpful, even recommending a restaurant when we arrived late. The location was very convenient, away from busy streets but still close to major attractions. The dining experience wasn't great with standard options. Overall, a great stay with minor dining issues.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were cozy, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a Murano glass chandelier and gold damask walls. The shared facility with two rooms offered a unique experience. The service was top-notch, with the staff always friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location was peaceful and convenient, close to transportation hubs but away from crowded tourist areas. The dining experience was nice, especially the amazing hot chocolate, but the food options were not as health-conscious as I would have liked. Overall, a great value for the price.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were delightful, offering a great view of the Venetian canal, and the proximity to the train and bus station was super convenient. However, the view from some rooms was not as impressive, but the golden light made up for it. The service was top-notch, with caring staff providing fresh croissants and great coffee for breakfast. The location was perfect for a relaxing stay away from the tourist crowds, overlooking the channel and close to transportation options. The dining experience, while offering good value, mainly consisted of confectionery and white flour products. The facilities were well-maintained and efficient, catering to all my needs.
