I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The room had a beautiful classic Venetian design, especially the junior suite which was fabulous. It was the smallest room I had during my week-long trip to Italy, but the experience was still amazing. The service was top-notch, with excellent cleaning and very friendly and helpful staff who made our stay very pleasant. The location was perfect, calm and away from the crowd, with restaurants and a lovely bar just minutes away. The dining experience was good, although it could be more inspiring. Overall, the hotel offered great value for money and I would highly recommend it.

Stepping into the hotel felt like walking into one of Maria Antonieta's palace rooms due to the perfect climatization and stunning beauty. The location was ideal, near major attractions and set in a calm yet authentic area of Venice. However, an iron and a hot kettle for making tea or coffee would have been a nice addition.
